Those who say that there are no “impossible” beauty standards for men have never met Instagram phenomenon Ramon Alba.
Alba, is a buxom Spanish model and definitely has the personality of a stylish-true model!
I came across this beautiful and genuine soul, when I stumbled across his Instagram account and I realized that he was an extraordinary model with so many to say to the world through his work!
Besides, Alba, has always been passionate about the fashion world and keep fit; he possesses a love for living a very healthy and balanced life, despite the fact that she’s in a new city almost every week.
In an exclusive interview to Anna Krith’s Lifestyle, the charismatic model from Spain, opens up about the life of an influencer and also talks about his trip to Santorini. He then, reveals if he would move to Los Angeles – the city of opportunities in order to pursue a modeling career and furthermore he makes known how he keeps in shape.
A: You are a model in Spain. Have you thought about moving to Los Angeles to expand your modeling career?
R: Currently my career is more focused on social media and my work as an influencer, although I started working as a model for different brands and photographers. I have always liked to go a little on my own and decide myself how to make my photographs and that is why social media offer me the opportunity to do things my way and be able to work with each brand as best suits me, choose the scenarios for my photos, design my campaigns and do everything much more in my style. I have always thought about moving to see how far I can go and “Los Angeles” is the city of opportunities. There are many stars who started moving there, in search of their dream and in the end they got it, actors, models, influencer of great impact. But it is not easy to leave your whole life and move so far to adventure, at this time I combined my work as a model and influencer with my work as an administrator in my own company, and I am very happy in Spain. So for now I consider moving, although you never know the turns that life can give.
A: What’s one of the most interesting shoots that you’ve done?
R: Undoubtedly, working as a model gives you the opportunity to visit incredible sites and sometimes you have to take a little surreal, but for me one of the most impressive sessions I did, was on the island of Santorini in Greece. I remember that before visiting Santorini, I looked for different scenarios to do my photo sessions, and all of them seemed surreal, I remember it was getting dark and we were in the city of Oia; the contrast of the white stepped houses with the sea and the orange sky was incredible and there I have one of the most beautiful photos for me, in fact it is one of the most seen in my Instagram. Without a doubt, it was a magical moment.
A: How do you deal with all the traveling required to be a model? What about jet-lang?
R: Well, as I said earlier in this moment, I am more focused on my career as an influencer and that allows me not to have to move too much, but still I do not stop traveling looking for new scenarios and experiences. Eventually you get used to it although, I have to recognize which is a bit exhausting.
A: Would you collaborate with any Greek model? Have you ever visited Cyprus?
R: At this moment, I do not collaborate with any Greek model, although I have some influencer colleagues with whom I would like to work someday. I have never visited Cyprus, even though it is a destination that I have pending on my list.
A: What do you do in your downtime?
R: Like everyone, in my free time I like to spend time with my family, my girlfriend and my friends. I usually do a lot of exercise, so I take time for my exercises, to relax and disconnect. I love making videos and designing, my mind is always thinking new ideas, so I always end up making a picture with a new outfit or videos for my Instagram. I think that when you like something you never stop working on it.
A: What song hit you with a ‘wave’ of nostalgia every time you hear it?
R: I love music and it always accompanies me in my sessions, my work, while I exercise. In fact, I’m always listening to music but there is a song that has always transmitted calmness to me and when I go from one place to another and I need a moment of disconnection I always stop to listen to it. It is the song of American band Maroon 5 – “She will be loved”.
A: What’s the dumbest thing someone has argued with you about?
R: I could tell you a thousand totally absurd conversations. I tend to be pretty joker and I like to joke with the people around me but without a doubt the most absurd discussions, I always have with my brother. I could not say which is the dumbest but undoubtedly there are many (laughing).
